Don't you just hate it when work interferes with quilting!
I have loads on at work just now ( double what I can really cope with) so I'm not getting home until after 7pm each night ( fortunately DD is staying with her Gran just now) This means that I'm just too tired to get anything done in the sewing room. All I've managed in the last 2 weeks is preparing more melons for my applique blocks. I have about 50 all tacked and ready for the tidy stitching.
Never mind, all this work has meant that I am building up plenty of flexi time, so I'm taking Friday off and DH and I are going to the Festival of Quilts. It will be our 21st wedding anniversary, can you think of any nicer way to celebrate?

Take a deep breath and relax - lol ! I'm not going to FOQ this year but to Great Northern Quilt Show in Harrogate next month. Have a great day and happy anniversary. Good hubby for spending the day with you there :-)
